• To apply, you would have to first fill up the on-line registration form.

• Choose your most used email id as Login ID and a password of your choice (6 to 10 characters).

• Using this login id and password, you can apply online.

• After completion of Application, take a print of the Application form and courier it to the below mentioned address along with the documents mentioned in the Application form
